Delivery & Installation Policy

Effective Date: 8 April 2026

1. Lead Time

Our reformers are manufactured overseas and shipped to our regional hubs before final delivery.

• Standard lead time is approximately 4 to 6 weeks from order confirmation.

• Custom orders may require about 2 additional weeks for special upholstery or wood finishes.

• Customers will receive an update when the shipment reaches port, followed by local delivery scheduling after customs clearance.

2. Singapore Delivery & Assembly

For Singapore orders, delivery and assembly are mandatory to help ensure proper setup and structural integrity.

This service includes:

• delivery to your chosen room

• assembly and setup by our team

• calibration of key components

• removal of shipping crate and packaging materials

3. Customer Site Preparation

Please ensure the delivery location is ready before your scheduled installation.

• A clear access path of at least 1 metre wide is required from entrance to setup area.

• The selected space should fit the reformer comfortably, with an additional recommended 60cm safety clearancearound it.

• While care will be taken during delivery, we are not responsible for minor floor indentations caused by the weight of the equipment. A high-density equipment mat is recommended.

4. Elevator, Stair Access & Re-delivery

Customers are responsible for checking site access in advance.

• Please ensure the reformer crate can fit into the building lift where applicable.

• Delivery includes up to one flight of stairs.

• Additional floors may incur a stair surcharge.

• If delivery cannot be completed due to insufficient access or because no one is present during the scheduled window, a re-delivery fee will apply.

5. Inspection Upon Delivery

Once installation is complete, the customer or an authorised adult must inspect the reformer together with the technician.

Please check:

• wood and upholstery condition

• smooth carriage glide

• footbar function

• general working condition

By signing the delivery receipt, you confirm that the equipment has been received in good condition. Cosmetic damage claims made after the delivery team has left will not be accepted.
