The Foundation to Teach Anywhere

Tirisula Pilates’ Online Pilates Matwork Instructor Course is a fully on-demand, self-paced certification pathway designed for aspiring and existing instructors who want strong foundations in Pilates matwork teaching, cueing, sequencing, and class programming—from anywhere.
You’ll learn the essential mat repertoire and teaching methodology at your own pace, then complete your assessment via a live Zoom exam, where a highly experienced Master Trainer evaluates your technique, teaching clarity, and ability to safely modify for different levels.
While Reformer Pilates and equipment Pilates are trending, matwork remains the foundation of Pilates—it’s the most versatile format to teach anywhere (studios, gyms, corporate classes, small groups, even online), and it’s a highly recommended prerequisite before progressing into Reformer, Tower, Wunda Chair, and other equipment instructor training.
