Common Questions
What is Pilates?
Pilates is a low-impact exercise focusing on core strength, stability, posture awareness and flexibility.
Who can join classes?
Everyone from beginners to advanced can join; we tailor classes to your level. Any gender, any age from 15 years old and above.
Do I need any special gear?
Grip socks is required for hygiene and safety for all Pilates classes. We sell them at our studio at $13.20.
We do not have free trials, however, we have a 2-class Discovery Pack for you to experience before you buy a larger pack.
Can I try a class before buying?
Are memberships available?
Yes, we have flexible packages to fit your schedule and goals.
1. Buying & Refunds
Q. Are class packages refundable?
Our packages are specially priced to give you more value per class, so they are strictly non-refundable once purchased.

Q. I forgot to use my promo code. Can you help?
It happens! If you bought an eligible package during a valid promo and forgot to apply the code:
Message us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of your purchase with your receipt.
If it qualifies, we’ll refund your purchase minus a small processing fee (flat amount depending on pack) so you can repurchase at the promo rate.
Requests after 24 hours, or for excluded packs (e.g. Discovery Packs), can’t be adjusted.

2. Validity, Activation & Expiry
Q. When does my package validity start?
You get a bit of flexibility 🧡
You have up to 60 days from your purchase date to activate your package.
Your validity only starts when you book your first class with that package. If there’s no booking within 60 days, the package will be forfeited according to our Terms.
Q. What happens to unused credits at expiry?
Each package comes with a clear expiry date. Any credits left after that date will expire and be forfeited.
However, if you buy a new package before your current one expires, we’ll:
Match your old package’s expiry to follow the new package’s expiry (taking into account each pack’s validity), so you enjoy a longer runway 🎉
In this case, your new package activates immediately on purchase, and the 60-day activation flexibility does not apply for that new pack.
3. Extensions & Pauses
Q. Can I extend my package?
Yes, once per package.
Add 2 extra months for $54.50.
Just WhatsApp us at +65 8851 6153 before your package expires and we’ll sort it out.
Q. Can I pause my package?
Yes, once per package, if you need a longer break.
Pause for 3 to 12 continuous months.
Pause fee: $54.50, and $54.50 to reactivate.
No bookings during the pause.
Request via WhatsApp before your package expires.
Q. Can I both extend and pause the same package?
For each package, you can choose either an extension or a pause—whichever suits you better—but not both.
4. Sharing & Transfers
Q. Can I share my package with someone else?
Depends on which Pack you bought. Our Bigger Packs - Power, Elite or Ultimate are shareable with 2 fixed friends. Your friends will be using your credits.
As for Discovery, Starter and Active packs, these are for individual use, so they’re not shareable.
Q. For shareable packages, how do I share them with friends?
Please whatsapp us at 88516153 with your friends’ email addresses.
Before that, make sure your friends sign up for an account with us.
Once done, we will link them to your package for sharing.
Q. Can I change the names of my friends for sharing later on?
No. You must fix your 2 friends for sharing at the start. Changes are not allowed after that.
Q. Can I transfer my package to another person?
Generally, no. In special cases like permanent relocation, we may allow a one-time transfer of remaining credits to someone you nominate:

5. Booking, Cancellations & No-Shows
Q. How do I book classes with my package?
Super simple:
Book via the Tirisula app or website, up to 2 weeks in advance (unless stated otherwise).
Select your class, choose your package, confirm—done.
Q. What if I need to cancel a class?
Life happens—we keep it straightforward:
Cancel at least 8 hours before class → your credit goes back to your package.
Cancel less than 8 hours before, or don’t show up → the credit is charged.
If we ever cancel a class → your credit is automatically returned.
6. Waitlist
Q. How does the waitlist work?
When a class is full:
Join the waitlist using your package credit.
If a spot opens, you may be auto-added into the class.
Please check your app (especially within 2 hours before class) to see if you’re in.
If you’re not moved off the waitlist, your credit is automatically returned after class.
This way, you never lose a credit just for trying. 🙌
7. Safety, Grip Socks & Equipment Limits
Q. Do I really need grip socks?
Yes please 🙏 For Pilates Reformer / Wunda-Chair / Tower / Ladder-Barrel classes:
Grip socks are compulsory for hygiene and safety.
No grip socks → we can’t allow entry, and the credit will be charged.
You can grab a pair at our studio at $13.20 if you don’t have one yet.
Q. Are there weight limits on the Pilates equipment?
Yes, for your safety and to protect our equipment:
Kovan & Paya Lebar: Reformers & Wunda Chairs – up to 90kg.
CBD & Lavender: Reformers – up to 110kg.
If it looks like these limits might be exceeded, our instructors may gently advise against using that equipment and recommend alternatives. Safety first, always. 💚
