Sales Agreement & Refund Policy

Applicable to: Tirisula Foldable Reformers

1. Final Sale Policy

All purchases of Tirisula foldable reformers are considered final sale.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for

• change of mind

• aesthetic preference

• incorrect space measurement

• customer error relating to fit or access

2. Limited Exception

In rare cases, an exception may be approved in writing by management.

If an exception is approved:

• the reformer must remain in its original unopened crate

• the request must be submitted within 48 hours of recorded delivery

3. Non-Refundable Charges

If a return exception is granted, the following deductions will apply:

• 25% restocking and depreciation fee

• non-refundable payment processing fees

• original shipping and installation fees

4. Return Transport Responsibility

If a return exception is approved, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return freight.

• Tirisula does not provide return labels or return logistics

• the equipment must be returned via professional freight carrier

• any damage during return transit is the customer’s responsibility

5. Defects or Delivery Damage

If your reformer arrives with a manufacturing defect or delivery-related damage, we do not process this as a refund matter. We will assess and resolve it.

Please send clear photo or video evidence to namastewsa@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Depending on the issue, we may provide replacement parts or arrange for a technician to restore the unit to proper working condition. Natural variations in timber grain, knots, colour shading, and similar material characteristics are not considered defects.

6. Customer Responsibility for Space & Access

By proceeding with your order, you confirm that you have checked the reformer dimensions, delivery access, and suitability for your space.

If the reformer does not fit your room, lift, entryway, or intended area, this is not a valid reason for refund.

7. Customer Acknowledgment

By making payment for a Tirisula foldable reformer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Delivery & Installation Policy and Sales Agreement & Refund Policy.
